The Dia de Macau was celebrated in Casa de Macau (Toronto) on 20 June, with a big crowd and dignitaries from Toronto City Hall, the Portuguese Consulate and the Chinese Consulate, specifically:
- Mr. Xu Wei, Deputy Consul General of China in Toronto;
- Mr. Mu Jianfeng, Consul of the Chinese Consulate in Toronto;
- Dr. Luis Barros, Consul General of Portugal in Toronto;
- Mr. Chin Lee, Councillor of Scarborough-Rouge River, Toronto City Council.
