Viagem Oriental - Rediscovering Macau in Goa

Uma iniciativa da ONG Communicare Trust, apoiada pelo Gabinete de Apoio ao Ensino Superior de Macau e do Instituto Internacional de Macau, que resultou na organização de uma competição de fotografias para realçar as relações culturais e históricas entre Goa e Macau. Muitos fotógrafos amadores enviaram as suas fotografias sobre os vestígios desta relação e as melhores foram seleccionadas e compiladas neste livro. Neste livro pode ainda encontrar um resumo da história partilhada entre Macau e Goa entre os séculos XVI e XX, dos autores Mário Leão e Maria Lurdes Bravo da Costa Rodrigues.

A photo competition was organized by the NGO Communicare Trust, with the support of GAES of Macau and the International Institute of Macau, to share the historical and cultural ties that existed between Goa and Macau. Many amateur photographers sent in their snapshots of the existing vestiges of this relationship and the best photos were selected and compiled into this coffee-table book. One would also in the book, a brief record of the history shared by Goa and Macau, from the 16th to the 20th centuries, of the authors Mário Leão and Maria Lurdes Bravo da Costa Rodrigues.
